As an adoptive mama, I know how disconnecting and hard life can be at times. My passion is to help people feel connected and find a spark of hope again, drawing on principles from attachment theory, humanistic psychology, and trauma-informed practices to guide me. I firmly believe that we all have what is necessary to thrive in life, we just sometimes need support and someone to remind us of who we are.
